TSTT students in our Bronx high schools receive a strong focus on academic achievement and competent teaching techniques from their teacher mentors and the TSTT program manager.

This sense of purpose, caring, and commitment to college counseling and career guidance will be expanded into the other four boroughs of New York City with our Male Teacher of Color Initiative. There are 50,000 African American and Hispanic/Latino male students in the city’s schools, we aim to close the achievement gap and increase graduation rates and college admissions.
